Join us for the "Unwinding Workplace Stress Talk" event on April 14 with Dr. Pooja Patel on April 14!

Stress isn’t just “in your head.” It affects your nervous system, posture, sleep, digestion, focus, and overall performance.

In this talk, we’ll explore how stress shows up in the body, why it happens and how you can manage it in healthy, effective ways. You will walk away with simple strategies to regulate stress, improve resilience, and support both their mental clarity and physical health.

Dr. Pooja Patel has over 15 years of experience caring for patients and helping them better understand their bodies. Through her work, she's seen firsthand how closely connected our physical health is to our mental and emotional well-being. I’m passionate about empowering people to take control of their health through awareness, education, and practical tools they can use every day.
