If your employer or other sponsor wants to receive the bill for your educational expenses please complete the Webform below and submit it no later than the payment due date of the semester (Monday prior to classes starting). Our office MUST be notified of changes to your academic schedule. Failure to submit your documents timely or to notify us of changes to your schedule may result in financial holds to your student account.

1. Register for your classes online through CampusNet.
2. After registering, complete this form entirely and submit with authorized paperwork from your sponsor.  This must be received the Monday before the semester begins (payment due date)  
3. Changes to your academic schedule must be completed within the first 2 weeks of the semester.  Failure to notify our office of a change to your academic schedule will result in full tuition invoicing on your student account.
