The Summer 2026 Housing Agreement will open on March 20, 2026, for students interested in staying on-campus during the upcoming summer months. Summer 2026 will be $2,000, for the entire summer equal to $139 per week. This rate will be prorated for time not lived in the residence halls, at the $139 weekly rate. Summer 2026 housing will be in Euclid Commons.

Current residents who are interested in staying on-campus during Summer 2026 will sign the Summer 2026 Housing Agreement on the Housing Self-Service Portal. Students will provide the full start and end date in which they’re requesting summer housing.

Students will continue to stay in their current Spring 2026 assignment, even after the Spring contract ends in May, until they begin transferring into their Euclid Commons Summer 2026 assignments.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient summer housing experience. However, students will still be required to move out of their Spring 2026 assignment in May, move into their Summer 2026 assignment in Euclid Commons, and then into their Fall 2026 assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Any student living on campus for Summer and Fall will be required to be available during this timeframe to transfer into their Fall 26-27 assignment.

The Edge Residents;

Students will remain in their current Spring 2026 housing assignment after the Spring contract ends in May until they transition to their Euclid Commons Summer 2026 assignments. The transfer process will begin on May 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Students are required to be available on May 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM to pick up keys in Euclid Commons and begin transferring into their Summer 2026 assignment in Euclid Commons. Summer transitions will need to occur within 48 hours of picking up keys. 

You’re required to be completely transferred into your summer assignment in Euclid Commons (with ALL items removed from your Spring 2026 assignment) by May 18, 2026 by 12:00 PM Noon/ Your Spring 2026 assignment keys must be returned to the Euclid Commons Building Four Desk by at 12:00 PM Noon on May 18, 2026.

This expedited transition timeline is necessary to allow construction to begin promptly after the semester ends on the lower floors of The Edge, ensuring the building is ready for Fall 2026 move-in.

The Langston and Euclid Commons Residents;

Students will remain in their current Spring 2026 housing assignment after the Spring contract ends in May until they transition to their Euclid Commons Summer 2026 assignments. The transfer process will begin on May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM. Students are required to be available on May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM to pick up keys in Euclid Commons and begin transferring into their Summer 2026 assignment in Euclid Commons. Summer transitions will need to occur within 48 hours of picking up keys. 

You’re required to be completely transferred into your summer assignment in Euclid Commons (with ALL items removed from your Spring 2026 assignment) by May 25, 2026 by 12:00 PM Noon, with Spring 2026 assignment keys returned to Euclid Commons Building Four Desk by at 12:00 PM Noon on May 25, 2026.
